COVID-19
'COVID-19' is a documentation focused on my hometown of Norwich. I focused this project on where I have grown up, as I have a strong connection and understanding of the city and knew I could show across the impact Covid-19 had had on Norwich.
This series is the result of my documentation of the impact of Covid-19 on Norwich and nearby towns. I have captured the mass changes we have endured because of Covid-19; for example, staying at home, closure of shops, not being able to see family and a huge responsibility placed upon the NHS.
Within this series I have included many photographs from the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital to represent the responsibility the local NHS Trust has had to bear throughout the whole pandemic. Also having photographs of family looking through their windows as we were not allowed to mix households together.
This project was created during my second year of university at Cambridge School of Art and was planned to be made into a phonebook. Although this never happened due to Covid-19 and the long delays with shipping. I do still plan to finish this project in the near future.
